Returns policy

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. If you choose to return your purchase, please contact us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) before doing so otherwise your return will be rejected.
You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition.
Please note, unless you are returning faulty goods we are unable to reimburse any postage or delivery costs incurred.
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product is such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.

All products returned within this time limit must be unused and as they were supplied - if any product (or part, accessory, etc) was supplied sealed then they must be returned as so otherwise they are deemed as used and cannot be returned nor refunded. Any returned product not sealed or with signs of use will not be refunded and will be held here until a re-delivery payment has been made for it to be returned to the buyer.

Any item deemed to be faulty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
In any case please contact us as early as possible.
