Entreprenuer Richard Branson By the age of fifteen, Richard Branson had started two ventures, one growing Christmas Trees and the other growing budgerigars, both of which failed. At 16 he tried again and started his first successful business "Student" magazine.

At 58 years of age, Richard Branson now has an estimated fortune of over £3,000,000,000,000 (Three Billion) and is Chairman of the Virgin brand of over 360 companies.
